Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator
Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role that combines IT recruiting with office coordination in Argentina, ideal for someone who enjoys both working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.
About the Position
The Talent Acquisition & Office Coordinator role is a key position within our People & Culture team, combining two complementary areas of responsibility: IT recruiting and Argentina office coordination.
Recruiting & Hiring
On the recruiting side, this person will own the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer stage. This includes headhunting on LinkedIn, building and nurturing candidate pipelines, managing relationships with external recruiting partners, and fully coordinating the interview process end to end.
This means taking ownership of all interview logistics and flow: scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring interviewers are properly briefed and aligned on the candidate profile and evaluation criteria, and making sure each stage of the process moves forward without delays.
They will be responsible for:
Following up with interviewers to collect timely and structured feedback
Keeping candidates informed at every step of the process
Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks
Ensuring interviews are properly documented and feedback is centralized
Tracking decisions clearly and maintaining process consistency
Overall, they act as the orchestrator of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.
Additionally, this person will conduct People interviews independently when needed, including English language assessments, so a strong command of English is essential.
Office Coordination (Argentina)
On the office coordination side, this person will be the People & Culture presence in Argentina — a go-to point of contact for the local team.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing team lunches, brunches, and internal events
Managing the monthly activity budget
Coordinating travel and accommodation for team members between Uruguay and Argentina
Organizing and coordinating monthly visits to the La Plata office (logistics, scheduling, transportation)
What we’re looking for
Tech skills
2+ years of experience managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes
Active sourcing and headhunting experience (primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter)
Experience managing candidate pipelines in an ATS (Teamtailor or similar)
Experience coordinating with external recruiting firms (daily follow-ups, weekly syncs, profile evaluation)
Budget tracking and planning (events, team activities, office expenses)
Logistics and travel coordination (hotel bookings, itineraries, monthly team trips)
Soft skills
Strong communication skills with a proactive and timely response mindset (candidate SLA compliance is key)
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Teamwork and collaboration
High attention to detail, especially in administrative and logistical tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing track
Ownership and decision-making within their area of responsibility
What success looks like
Hiring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and without bottlenecks
Candidates have a clear, timely, and positive experience
Interviewers are aligned and provide structured feedback on time
Office logistics and team activities are well-organized and seamless
Nothing falls through the cracks
